Figured I’d better have one, otherwise it’ll come back to bite me sooner or later. Okay, here’s the deal. Trolls, preachers and flamers get knocked off as soon as I see them, do it more than once and you’re barred. Off-topic posts will be warned, once, then deleted. Obviously spam of any kind that gets through will result in prompt deletion and a banning order. You can counter my opinions to your heart’s delight – that’s rather the point – so I will never delete a post solely on the grounds of disagreement. And, if you think you’ve been censured unjustly, I will listen to your argument and explain my reasons.
I find it incredibly annoying when I post a comment only to look back at it and see a glaring grammatical error or spelling mistake (or, most irritating, unclosed HTML tag) that makes me look like a tool. I assume others do as well, so I will often correct these if I have time. This is the only instance when I will edit the comments.
From reading other WordPress blogs, I gather the spam filter is pretty hardcore – let me know if your post seems to have gone missing and I’ll try to dig it out.

Creationism and Christianity part company at logic and science. Few people that study any form of science, or even peek into the facts at hand can accept creationism on the terms of blind faith. Life evolves. If we are to be open-minded, we have to consider the possibility that life is a creative force. We cannot deny that there is intelligence in the Universe, if we admit our own intelligence. We would be very arrogant to presume that we are the only intelligent beings ever to grace the sprawling galaxies. This behooves me to question how highly developed might life be in other times, other spaces. I must accept the probability that all life emerges from one beginning, and that life is creating itself in many forms, everywhere. That is my definition of creationism. Having blind faith in a completely non-descript God is not for me.
