From the always entertaining Mr Comfort:
“Darwin theorized that mankind (both male and female) evolved alongside each other over millions of years, both reproducing after their own kind before the ability to physically have sex evolved. They did this through “asexuality” (“without sexual desire or activity or lacking any apparent sex or sex organs”). Each of them split in half”

I can’t accept that that man is really as stupid as he lets on. It’s a game of some kind, and he’s just an attention whore. 80+ comments! Come on now.

Oh, good gawd! That’s tea-through-the-nose stuff there.
Philly,
I like games as much as the next guy, (I’m waiting with baited breath for “Playing Gods” to arrive), but shouldn’t they be fun?

I’ve just ordered “Playing Gods” myself – we’ll have to arrange some sort of tournament!

Fractally wrong. I love it, although I’m obviously partial to the phrase.
I’m considering placing a picture of Mr. Comfort next to my definition of fractally wrong on my blog.

Yunshui,
Maybe we can figure out a way to play through comments, or you can blog a game.

I’ll have to wait for my copy to ship from the States first – you guys get all the best toys!

Well, true… but you have fewer fundies and basically none in government, so I think you win.
Oh, yeah; you’ve also got better subways and the £6 cup of chocolate from Harrod’s.

By the way, I got an email from the game designer earlier, (I was trying to find out how to track the shipment), who said, in part, this:
“I hope you like it, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how
well it’s been received. It was important to me that it not just be a
novelty game, but have solid game mechanics as well so that it’s something
people will play over and over. Let me know what you think!”
